2. Teachergen Services

Teachergen provides AI lesson planning support, grading assistance, rubric drafting, quiz creation, assignment generation, feedback drafting, and school workflow tools.

3. Educational Support Only

Teachergen provides educational productivity support only. Teachers, schools, and administrators remain responsible for final lesson decisions, grading decisions, student evaluation, compliance, and classroom use.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information you provide.
• You must have permission to submit school, student, class, lesson, or assessment information.
• You must review AI-generated lesson plans, rubrics, grades, and feedback before using them.
• You must not use Teachergen for unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or misleading activity.

5. Student Work and Grading

Teachergen may help organize grading feedback, but it does not replace professional teacher judgment. Any suggested scores, comments, or rubric notes must be reviewed and approved by a qualified educator.

6. Intellectual Property

The Teachergen name, design, website content, software concepts, and service materials belong to Teachergen or its licensors. Users retain ownership of lesson materials, school materials, and student work they are authorized to submit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teachergen is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services.
